KUBJIKā
Textual, ritual, and lineage-based study of the Kubjikā tradition at the heart of Kaula Tantra.
The Kubjikā traditions form one of the most important and textually dense strata of the Kaula corpus. This research focuses on the close study of primary manuscripts, particularly the Kubjikā Tantras and associated paddhatis, alongside engagement with surviving lineages. By collating sources, analysing variant readings, and situating these materials within their ritual context, the project seeks to reconstruct the doctrinal and procedural foundations of this tradition and establish its significance within the wider Kaula landscape.
